Promotion terms “Design 3 cards, pay for just 2”

1Organiser

The promotion is organised by Mosake Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eichenallee 8, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Germany. Contact: info@mosake-labs.com.

2What the promotion offers

If at least three digital PixelGreets cards are bought in one order via the cart on pixelgreets.com, one card is free for every three cards in the same order. The discount is applied directly at purchase: the free card is shown at €0.00 in the cart and in the Stripe checkout and is not charged.

Examples at a price of €4.90 per card including VAT: 3 cards cost €9.80 in total, 4 cards €14.70, 6 cards €19.60.

3Which card is free

If the cards in an order have different prices, the cheapest card in each group of three is free. The groups are formed in descending order of price.

4Within one order only

The discount only applies to cards that are paid for together in one order. Earlier or later orders are not combined, even if the same email address is used.

The promotion does not create a customer account, credit, vouchers, a right to a cash payout or a right to later cards.

5Maximum number of cards

An order can contain up to 12 cards.

6Statutory rights

The promotion is a discount at purchase, not a subsequent refund. Statutory rights of withdrawal and statutory rights for defects remain unaffected; these promotion terms neither restrict nor extend them.

If statutory rights are asserted for an order with a promotional discount or for individual cards from it, we will review the individual case in accordance with the statutory legal position. Please contact info@mosake-labs.com for this.

7Duration and changes

The promotion applies until further notice. It may be ended or changed with effect for future orders. Orders already completed are not affected.

8Application of the Terms and Conditions

In all other respects, the Terms and Conditions at pixelgreets.com/terms apply.
