1Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Mosake Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eichenallee 8, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Germany, email: info@mosake-labs.com, telephone: +49 1520 3412439, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also send your notice of withdrawal directly using our electronic “Withdraw from contract” function further down this page. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium (by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

As the PixelGreets card is provided exclusively in digital form, there are no goods to return and no costs of return.

3Early expiry for digital content

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content for which a price is paid and which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract, you have previously given your express consent to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and you have received the confirmation of the contract required by law under section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The express consent and the acknowledgement are obtained separately before checkout and recorded. The digital card is only provided after successful payment. Whether a right of withdrawal has expired in a particular case depends on the statutory requirements; it does not expire merely because of the personalisation, nor merely because of the payment.

4Model withdrawal form
